When you keep breaking the trust of your wife as a man and keep maltreating her while you are young, you are just planting the seed of loneliness which you will reap when you grow old. Such a wife may prefer staying with your children ostensibly to care for grandchildren during your old age while you are left alone at home. Sometimes too, the two of you during old age may be living together and still be lonely because of the seed you planted then did not allow you to connect with one another.
