THE HABIT OF REMEMBERING THE BEGINNINGS. If you form the habit of remembering the way your relationship started, you are most likely to keep your love life with your spouse more and more blissful.
In my own case, I remember that we were in school together. She was tall and fair and appeared distinct from all the other girls in her class. Most other girls were doting around me, but this one was too reserved to do that. In fact she kept me at an arms length. I don’t know whether I should say that she hated me for playing truancy and always still coming first in class.

This habit will make you to keep imagining what your old age together will be like. I remember witnessing the golden wedding anniversary of an old couple. I looked at everyone wearing attires with a touch of gold. I saw the children and grandchildren swarming around them and decided that I would also celebrate such with my wife in the future. I look forward to when I will celebrate that with my wife. So, even when she offends me, I try to remind myself that we are going to celebrate our Golden Jubilee.
